Slab Valuation appraises commercial and income producing real estate in the Denver metro area and along the Front Range. Industrial property is our specialty. We also appraise office buildings, retail property, apartment buildings, and commercial land.
Why clients hire us
Most of our clients need a value for one of four reasons: a loan, a property tax appeal, an estate, or an investment decision. Each has its own rules. A lender report has to satisfy federal appraisal regulations. A tax appeal has to use the county's valuation date. An estate appraisal has to look back to the date of death. We scope each assignment around the question you actually need answered.
Fees and timing
We quote each assignment after a quick look at the property and what the report will be used for. Size, complexity, and property type all affect the fee. Delivery dates are set with you at engagement to fit your timeline, and we will tell you up front if a date is tight.
We do not appraise single family homes or other residential property.
